My basement was letting some water in the house on each of the 4 walls. My wife and I wanted to finish the basement and this water was a big issue for that. Aaron decided that an interior French drain would be the best option for making sure that I would have a dry basement. After a week, the interior French drain was finished and I have not seen water in my basement since! Aaron worked efficiently and always kept us updated on the progress. Thanks to Aaron, we now have a dry basement and are getting ready to start finishing it!

We had a slight seepage for years in the basement of our otherwise good condition basement – especially during extremely wet weather – a nuisance situation that seemed to be worsening. When Aaron Tolfa from A.M. Wall Anchor & Waterproofing Service came to evaluate the situation, we knew from the beginning that we were in good hands with real experts. Aaron very carefully evaluated the situation and asked a lot of questions to determine what he believed was the real cause of the issue, rather than simply jumping to conclusions without good information. His experienced analysis eventually proved correct as he determined that the original terra cotta pipes has disintegrated enough such that they acted more like sieves than pipes so the water would no longer drain away from the house. New modern pipes were installed in their place and the problem was completely solved, even with torrential rain and storms several days after completion – amazing! Their work was prompt, very neat, and they explained everything they were doing so we would understand. Clean up and finishing touches were superb as well, and the cost was very reasonable (and did not exceed the estimate). All in all, A.M. Wall Anchor & Waterproofing Service definitely proved themselves worthy of potentially solving many home problems of this type and we would certainly highly recommend these professionals to anyone!

Home Improvement Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

1.1 The Home Improvement Gift Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to residents of the following counties in Ohio & Pennsylvania who are 21 years old or older at the time of entry:

1.2 Employees of AM Wall Anchor & Waterproofing, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period:

2.1 The Giveaway begins on March 8 at 10:00 AM EST and ends on March 17 at 6:00 PM EST (the “Giveaway Period”).

How to Enter:

3.1 To enter, participants must complete the Home Improvement Giveaway Page entry form.

3.2 Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

3.3 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or late will be void and not eligible.

Winner Selection:

4.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

4.2 The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4.3 Winners will be notified via email within 24 hours of the end of the Giveaway Period.

4.4 If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 2 days of the first attempt to contact them, or if they fail to comply with the official rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize:

5.1 The prize for the Giveaway is one $500 Home Depot Gift Card.

5.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

5.3 AM Wall Anchor & Waterproofing reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Publicity:

6.1 By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to allow AM Wall Anchor & Waterproofing to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

General Conditions:

7.1 AM Wall Anchor & Waterproofing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time for any reason.

7.2 By participating, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of AM Wall Anchor & Waterproofing, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
