Home Improvement Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

1.1 The Home Improvement Gift Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to residents of the following counties in Ohio & Pennsylvania who are 21 years old or older at the time of entry:

1.2 Employees of AM Wall Anchor & Waterproofing, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period:

2.1 The Giveaway begins on March 8 at 10:00 AM EST and ends on March 17 at 6:00 PM EST (the “Giveaway Period”).

How to Enter:

3.1 To enter, participants must complete the Home Improvement Giveaway Page entry form.

3.2 Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

3.3 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or late will be void and not eligible.

Winner Selection:

4.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

4.2 The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4.3 Winners will be notified via email within 24 hours of the end of the Giveaway Period.

4.4 If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 2 days of the first attempt to contact them, or if they fail to comply with the official rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize:

5.1 The prize for the Giveaway is one $500 Home Depot Gift Card.

5.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

5.3 AM Wall Anchor & Waterproofing reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Publicity:

6.1 By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to allow AM Wall Anchor & Waterproofing to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

General Conditions:

7.1 AM Wall Anchor & Waterproofing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time for any reason.

7.2 By participating, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of AM Wall Anchor & Waterproofing, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

7.3 AM Wall Anchor & Waterproofing is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway.

7.4 The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Release and Limitations of Liability:

8.1 By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless AM Wall Anchor & Waterproofing, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

8.2 AM Wall Anchor & Waterproofing is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

8.3 If, for any reason, an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the participant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Giveaway.

9.1 By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing communications from AM Wall Anchor & Waterproofing. Participants can opt out of receiving these communications at any time.
